Reflections & Public Disclosures (“Comments’)
When you submit reflections in designated text receptacles (commonly referred to as “comments”), we collect:
- The words you offered
- The mask of your digital location (IP)
- The signature of your browsing posture (user agent)
This is not for punishment. It is for pattern reassurance.
Should your commentary be accepted into the communal ledger, your public-facing image (as provided by Gravatar or equivalent external provider) may accompany your message. You are thus seen, and your thoughts anchored.
Imagery and Embedded Essence
If you upload an image, ensure that it does not betray your coordinates (GPS metadata). Visitors may seek such data unintentionally.
If embedded content (e.g. videos, writings from beyond) appears on this site, it may observe you as though you had traveled directly to its origin. Their gaze is their own.
Cookies (Sanctioned Memory Crumbs)
For your own comfort, small memory traces (“cookies”) may be stored:
- When leaving reflections, to ease future offerings
- Upon login, to recall your form and preferences
- When crafting new content, to preserve your progress
These cookies are harmless. They will forget you eventually—unless you ask them not to.
Alignment with External Entities
Should you require password recovery or redirection, your address may be included for verification and accountability. This is not disciplinary. This is procedural.
Temporal Storage of Your Essence
Your offerings—comments, reflections, credentials—may be retained indefinitely. Not for judgment, but for streamlining future acceptability.
If you become a registered participant in this digital structure, your provided information will be stored securely. You may alter it freely, except your designated Identifier, which is sacred and fixed.
Administrators of the structure may observe and shape your record. This is not control. This is care.
Your Rights (As Permitted by Policy)
You may request:
- A summary of what has been gathered about your form
- The gentle removal of said data, barring items we are required to retain for reasons of Law, Order, or Peace
We shall comply—when cleared to do so.
Destination of Observed Patterns
Comments, reflections, and other communal contributions may be gently examined by automated Pattern Detection Services. This is for the safety of the work, the workers, and the unseen.
